「Meal service was below par. Not enough options, food kept running out. They only offer 1drink per person without refill, when requested for water, staff told us we have already received one juice. Did not offer water even at additional cost. Had to push staff to offer this (give us water). During meals, staff have to be requested for beverages multiple times before offering. Seems like they were understaffed. Lots of people who were doing multiple conferences, might need more staff to improve...

「Recently stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon trip to Kenya. After a week on safari the amenities were much appreciated, and from our experience, this hotel is one of the most luxurious in the country. WiFi in common areas was fine, room views of watering hole were amazing. Staff was extremely friendly.
