「This was our first stop on arrival in Sri Lanka and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are wonderful, the food was gorgeous and the setting by the lake was idyllic. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have high ceilings and views of the lake. Altogether a great start to our holiday.」

「We are a married couple in our 60s, and have just spent a week here at the beginning of October. This is their low season, so the hotel was very quiet and peaceful, which suits us. We could not fault the facilities, the cleanliness of the room, etc. The hotel comprises of an open central restaurant and bar, surrounded by colourful, well maintained gardens and small bungalows in which are situated the guest rooms, which are air conditioned. The hotel is at one end of a large lagoon, surrounded by...

「Everything is good except that service is little slow, it could be check in process or refilling the breakfast items. Property is well maintained.」

「地址虽然偏僻，但是较为安静写意。就是入住手续较为繁琐，并且房间必须14:00以后入住，其他都是很好的、」

「Nice location near the airport for a quick stay. Airport pickup was provided with a midnight arrival. Awoke to lush gardens in a very quiet area of town. The staff was very help in arranging a tour. Nalaka setup tuktuks and boat tour. He also shared some tips on surroundings cities. Breakfast and dinner options were very good and promptly prepared. 」

「Même hors saison, l'équipe est disponible, le site est splendide avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan, la restauration est de très bon niveau et l'hébergement de très bonne qualité ! Je recommande」

「Spent some good time. The room, pool, ground, food and finally the beach view all together I had an excellent experience. Thank you 」

「ホテル周辺の環境も良く、非日常を味わうことができ、とてもリラックスできた。また、スタッフもとてもホスピタリティが高く、非常に満足だった。またぜひ、ゆっくり滞在したい。」

「The place is quite the mini paradise getaway. It seems remote on Google but it's not. It's only 12 minutes and $4 AUD to the Negombo Beach restaurants. Kind and attentive resident guesthouse manager Kumara, will help you with absolutely anything you require. I highly recommend here for weary travellers. Only 30 mins from airport.」

「The hotel and staff were excellent. Can't wait to visit again」

「Best deal for money for those wanting to spend a night of two after a long flight-beats anywhere else」

「Very cosy hotel Owned by a very friendly family Great location outside the busy Negombo Good breakfast 」

「This was the first part of our stay in Sri Lanka and our host made us feel very welcome-waiting outside for us on our arrival and giving us a choice of rooms in either the original hotel or the new one up the road. The rooms were clean and spacious and the swimming pool was very clean and cleaned every day. I explained that I was celiac and our host made sure that i had a suitable and delicious alternative breakfast. Alongside the fresh fruit and omelette inhad a different sidedish each day-my...

「Ok - where do I start! The “rooms” where not ready when we arrived- no one was expecting us in fact, I spoke to the lovely lady who owned the place and she explained that her rooms where usually pay by the hour (ugh). We had no choice but to stay here - one of the rooms had no lock and another had no bed! This was soon rectified but not to a satisfaction we would expect. There where no televisions in the rooms, no fridges (not even a plug socket!) one room didn’t even have bedding!...
