「Before I arrived at the hotel, I tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel via the Expedia messaging system. I never got a reply. All I got was a message to say that I need to fill in the registration form before a password to enter the premise will be given to me 24 hours before I check in, and that there is no one at the premise’s reception. Because I don’t speak Spanish, I wanted to communicate with the premise to make sure they had received all my information. I never got a...

「Front deskwas professional and helpful. Hotel is very clean. Room with bathroom was tiny (no closet and not enough space for our two small suitcases; we were tripping over our belongings) but adequate — not a place you want to spend time or hang out, but adequate for sleeping, toileting and bathing. Breakfast was expensive compared to coffee bars (cafeterias) in the area; we opted to leave the hotel to eat.」
