"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "A bit of difficulty when it came to conversing in Japanese as we are foreigners but overall was a great stay with good service. The onsen experience was nice. Note that they have a curfew from 10pm to 5am as they do not have electronic key cards implemented for coming in and going out."

"宿泊当日は強い雨であったため予定より早く到着してしまったのですが、30分ほど早めに部屋へ案内していただきました。スタッフの方の臨機応変な対応に感謝します。施設は各所に古さを感じさせるものの、日々のメンテナンスはしっかりされているようでした。ただ大浴場はサウナ設備が故障したままで使用できなかったのが残念でした。夕食はいただきませんでしたが、朝食ビュッフェは思った以上にバラエティに富んでいて満足出来ました。"

"If you are looking to experience how Japanese travel, sleep on tatami rooms and eat a good selection of Japanese food. Then this hotel is a good choice. Your room includes a breakfast and dinner buffetes and most people wear the colorful yukata provided by the hotel. The property is a bit out of date but the public bath is quite nice. Transportation into the city is limited and taxi is about $20 USD"
