「The villa is beautifully renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the wifi frustratingly continually dropped out & the tv had no reception. The owner said it was because of a storm but I'm not convinced about that.The parking was easy, however, if you are a nervous driver, be warned, the road from Kotor is a single lane with 2 way traffic. It is a beautiful location.」

「The hotel has outstanding architecture, beautiful interior design details, and was very clean. The staff were also wonderful! They picked us up from the parking area with a cool electric cart (as Perast is a no-car town), and they were so kind, welcoming, and helpful the whole time! In the evening, my partner realized she needed something from the store and there were only four minutes until it closed; she ran outside. 「Great location right on bay of Kotor. Had a view of the Bay from our window which was absolutely beautiful and well worth extra money! Wide variety of restaurants and shops very easy walking distance. Parking was at ends of town & a little bit of a walk with luggage but on way back out to car, hotel offered a golf cart shuttle which made the transport with luggage easier. Breakfast on the water was fantastic. Nice selection & view could not be beat. Staff was friendly. Great property!」

「Very strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Had to checkout one day earlier due to the smell. Not enough hot water to shower. Drapes are falling apart. It’s a shame because it’s a nice property and the staff is amazing. 」

「Wonderful restaurant, outdoor grill, private beach! The rooms and balcony were wonderful. Darko was an excellent receptionist taking care of every detail. Had spa sessions and massage therapist was very good! Beautifully decorated and the setting couldn’t be more romantic! 」

「Loved the property and their hospitality. Air con was heating the room too much and was not able to cool the room which they attributed to the “winter season” - so it did get stuffy in the room, but opening the windows helped a great deal. Very friendly staff. Overall a good experience!」

「Forza Terra is a very nice property directly in the Bay of Kotor and a 25 minute walk from old town Kotor. Service was great and staff was always available. Our room had a very nice view of the bay, but it was little small so was a but cluttered with our 2 weeks of luggage. The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area. 」

「Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent. Also he said that someone will be sent to solve the bathroom leakages, but it did not happen. 」
