「The staff was amazing. The breakfast was great. The location perfect」

「I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. 「It was a great experience staying in the hotel. Extremely friendly staff always put an extra effort to serve. For sure will stay there again.」

「lake view suit is nice and breakfast is good. Actually, the swimming poor is quit small. There are too many people, very noisy and crowded.」

「服务非常棒！极力推荐，但前提是自己有车，否则恐怕不方便到达。」

「Good.」

「Tout était parfait, magnifique vue sur le lac, personnel très accueillant et serviable, excellent petit déjeuner, cadre idyllique... Rien à dire que du très bon Le spa est au top」

The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! The hotel seems to be very “environmental friendly” where the supplies for the bathroom is extremely controlled, for example, only 1 small bottle of liquid soap for a...

「We like this hotel very much.To choose right and good hotel would enhance travel expenses.we feel the hotel's staff knows what you need and serve more than you expect. Try your best to stay with them. You wound get what you expect.」
