「I have written a complaint to this property, asking to (1) be put in contact with its owners and (2) ask for a refund - as it is NOT in the state that is being promoted at all... with no luck of decent/acceptable feedback or engagement or response to my requests, basically NO engagement or cooperation at all. I had to leave this property within less than 2 hours of arriving, as I did not feel comfortable to stay there. Of course, this property also does not offer any stay with a refundable...

「The Grant Estate (Eighteenth) is set in a beautiful setting close to the long beach. It has a lot of facilities on site ie: pool, tennis courts, club house with bar and restaurant. The golf greens are superb and are a pleasure to be around they are perfectly groomed. The apartments are very contempary and are beautifully kept. It was a pleasure to stay we only wish it were longer.」

「Great stay! Will be right back.」

「Excellent tree top tent. Great facilities and wildlife. Birds arrived in the morning to keep me company.」

「Perfectly located for romantic beach walks. Close to great places to eat. Stunning rooms with endless views of the ocean.」

「Resort like set-up. Very secure and great restaurants/bar at the property without the resort up-charge.」

「the hotel is in a good location, easy to find with good secure parking. The staff were efficient and helpful, and the room and shower etc were clean and comfortable. My only very minor gripe is the quality of the food - it was freshly cooked for me, but wasn't very good... I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. Would i stay again? Yes」

「The accommodation and the staff service was excellent, i ended up extending my stay. I will definitely come back 」

「Wir hatten eine sensationelle Zeit in Sala Beach. Es passte alles zusammen! Gerne wieder!」

「Awesome place to be for both business and leisure.」

「Waited for ages to get in property. No coffee, tea, milk or sugar in the room NO TOWELS OR SOAP! NOT EVEN HAND SOAP AT BASIN. NO WATER IN THE MORNING. COULDN'T EVEN FLUSH TOILET.」
