「The AC was not working the first night. Was fixed by the next evening. The toilet bowl was leaking. I reported it but it was not fixed during our stay. There were small roaches in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a very limited selection to choose from.」

「My 13 yo daughter and I stayed for 2 nights and had the best time. We had a poolside cabin and loved the view, the location to amenities and our stay. We were able to use kayaks to paddle around the estuary and had fun snorkeling in the area. Piula pools just a 5 minute walk which were really great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk. Food was nice and the room had air conditioning and a fan, and the bed was comfy. 「Everything was fine, but I do have a small suggestion. The staff did not check the room during our five-day stay. We only needed bathroom tissues and towels to be replenished, and there was no telephone in the room to contact the caps or family. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I truly appreciated the peaceful and quiet environment—I loved it. This is just a suggestion for improvement, but overall, it was a very good experience.」

「The location and snorkelling were great. Buffet breakfast was also fantastic. This is a large resort so you don't get that small pacific vibe, its a very busy place. But easy to drive from there to visit other attractions if you have a car.」

「Last min booking so pretty much got what we paid for, a roof overhead and bed to sleep on. Arrived late so had to call reception who said she would be down in 2 mins, turned out to close to 20mins. Island time I guess....room was average and no soap or body wash or towels. Will not stay again.」
