「The Property was spotless and really well fitted out and very near to the Sea front. Parking was a bit of an issue making it difficult to unload our car we also found local long stay car parks were a bit of a mess with most of the machines broken or needing an app to use them.」

「Room was ok, clean but an empty bowl was on the table catching water from a leaking window. Windows were dirty. Never seen staff. Guy on phone on the Friday was rude and unhelpful. Great view. Not family friendly. We had 2 drunk men wandering around the property. Loved the fact there was free water, crisps and sweets. Now that was a nice touch. Once in the room it was ok.」

「The description on Hotels.com states postcode YO15 2LW this is so incorrect. The property is actually postcode YO15 3QN which 11 minute drive and over an hour walk, completely the other direction to the description. This really did not help us with an old/ poorly dog and 4 year old grandaughter. If it hadn't been for the fact that Andrew (the owner) was very pleasant and the chalet being lovely and quiet there would have been a huge complaint being made. The only other negative was that the...

「The chalet was very clean. But very worn and dated. There was also a wasp nest in the grate of the enclosed garden so couldn't let my dog out as she snaps at them. The TV remote was melted and didn't work properly and there were only 3 dinner plates one of which has a big chip in it. No scissors and no washing up bowl. But we managed. Lovely shower just a shame about the ceiling mold. Definitely in need of some tlc and a lick of paint.」
