「Great hotel!」

「We travelled as a family of 4 from the UK, 2 little ones. Firstly, the pools are amazing in this hotel. They are the main drawing point to staying here as everything else definitely needs improving. The hotel lacks attention to detail to be a 5 star but could class as a good 4, with some improvements. The breakfast, whilst nice, is like hurding cattle in a school cafeteria. Its outside, hot, loud, no air con/lack of fans, has far too many people in it and only 3 coffee machines (which is dire)...

「Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden täglich lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt, eine Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgte jedoch nicht. Die Bettwäsche wurde während unserer siebentägigen Anwesenheit nicht gewechselt. Der ältere Herr an der Rezeption zeigte sich uns gegenüber unfreundlich. 「Excellent stay!!! I’ve traveled the world and really enjoyed this stay. 8 nights at Grecian Bay! Thank you Grecian! The beach is spectacular in this area of Aiya Napa.. and so many boat/water sports as well as natural formations to walk/hike to… really a beautiful location and great staff and property. My older teens were able to walk into town alone safely and have some super fun party time. The breakfast each morning is plentiful. The beach bar service is great, order all the food and drinks...

「Location and perfect pool」

「Das Frühstück war top! Das Personal immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Zimmer war super modern. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Es war nicht zu überfüllt. Der Pool wurde 2 mal täglich gereinigt. Die liegen sind sehr bequem gewesen und es war kein Problem, eine Liege zu bekommen. Der Parkplatz für den Mietwagen war kostenlos. Es war wirklich ein super Aufenthalt!」

「I wouldn’t recommend. The service is poor and a lot of the staff are unfriendly. The pool area needs maintenance. The parasol was broken with metal dangling. Nobody bothered to fix it. The food selection wasn’t too good either. I had great expectations after being shown around the hotel in May this year so decided to book, but we are beyond disappointed.They had a power cut on our arrival which lasted a couple of hours and they were the only hotel with the issue. A staff member had told us this...

「Great location a little away from action and perfect for a beach walk, tranquility, views from rooftop restaurant and bar and amenities. Sea caves and sculpture park 2 minute walk away. Older sophisticated clientele.」
