「wunderbare Gartenanlage, ruhig」

「Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」

「Beautiful location and view of the lake. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious.」

「Nice and good Location! Good services and very good breakfast👍 」

「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」

「Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive....

「Everything about our stay was wonderful. We were made to feel right at home. Mark and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well cared for and the rooms are comfortable. The common areas are charming and spacious. The restaurant offers great food with generous portions and a nice offering of local and other wines. Mark provided great suggestions for things to do. The ride up the aerial cablecar to Brienzer Rothorn was a highlight, offering exceptional views of...

「Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views of the lake! Hands down one of the best hotel experiences me and my wife had. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! Will definitely be back.」
