「We enjoyed the trip thoroughly, the only setback was that there was no wifi at the hotel. Otherwise we had excellent food, and the view of Mt Kenya from the room was awesome. The hotel is aptly named.」

「I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. 「There was no hot water all the period of my stay, and despite reporting the issue to the administration, no actions were taken, no support was provided. WIFI, very slow After ordering your lunch or dinner the waiting time to receive your meals is between 1.5 and 2.5 h 」
