「The staff was excellent and attended to all my requests (mosquito netting rail needed fixing). Room had many mosquitoes, no A/C or fan (which was provided upon request).The street the hotel is on is in terrible shape.」

「Freundliche Personal, ging auf der wünsche des Kunden ein. Am anfang wurde innerhalb des zeitrahmens für das Frühstück das Essen oder das Geschirr weg geräumt ohne Rücksprache mit dem Gast. Beim check out haben wir einen Drama erlebt.... Es würde behauptet das noch kenerlei Zahlung geleistet wurde.... Aufgrund dieser behauptung, müßte ich selbst nachweisen das die Rechnung von hotel. Com quasi expandia eingegangen ist bei COUNTY Comfort Hotel.... Das Personal ist wenn man gefragt hat...

「It’s hard to tell from the photos and the descriptions, but the higher priced rooms are in a different, much better maintained building than the lowest priced rooms. The bedrooms are nice but the biggest difference between them are the bathrooms. I would have rated it higher if I had stayed in one of the better rooms. The staff are all very nice and helpful.」
