「It showed that we had free breakfast but we got there and there was no free breakfast the owner came up with some lame excuse so we were out of the pocket for breakfast every morning but yet online it shows that it comes with free breakfast it was included but some way he weasel the way to get us to pay for it」

「Un gran hotel en todo el centro de Pereira. El personal es más que amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación es muy cómoda, especialmente la cama, es de otro nivel. El desayuno buffet funciona muy bien, tiene opciones para todos los gustos. Tiene jacuzzis que puedes reservar, aunque esta vez no los usamos. En general, es un hotel que vale la pena volver, ya dos veces que me hospedo acá.」
