「Perfect halt on our way to Kochi.」

「Overall good」

「Brand new hotel . Lovely staff . Amazing rooms . Old house conversation to a boutique style hotel .. Amazing stay if you are stopping hereby for 2 night stay as a part of your kollemgode visit . Staff couldn't do enough to help us . Amazing will stay here again 」

「We enjoyed our stay here. The views are great. Some of us took the Ayurveda massage and it was great. The cottages are on a steep slope. They have golf carts that will help take you up/down for elderly or for those with leg issues. The views are great. Nice place near Malampuzha.」

「Ok」

「Yes clean room」

「We stayed for two days because of the property’s proximity to Malampuzha Gardens, but the experience was disappointing compared with our previous stay at Sterling Athirappilly. The staff were less welcoming, the food was mediocre, and both the breakfast buffet and restaurant menu offered limited choices, with no visible egg options and unavailable tandoori items. The outdoor dining area was uncomfortable due to the heat, lack of fans, and mosquitoes. The bathroom was also poorly designed:...

「Not good 」

「When wet flooring in the washroom gets slippery. Very attentive staff at the restaurant, chef very efficient in serving your choice of dish.」

「While all of the service staff were very kind, this didn’t feel like the quality stay that I expected based on the booking cost. This is listed as a 4-star property on Google, but it feels much more like a 2-star based on the facility and amenities available.」
