"Nice hotel, nice room, but in the middle of nowhere and no one speaking english (even if it was written so) I took this room to take the ferry to Co To Island, but after many struggles, I finally understood that this was the old port and now the ferry is 5km further"

"Tried some couple of services including spa and room services. Both receptionist doesn’t allow me to use credit cards only cash or local payment method (QR pay). On Aug 2024 neighbor area is like construction side, only few restaurant in nearby area, to be honest if you are foreign tourist prepare some cash or find another place for your own good! Cheers"

"It was my first time staying at a Wyndham and although we only stayed overnight, we were extremely satisfied with the accommodations. The staff were hospitable and the rooms were impressive. I wish we had stayed longer so I could take full advantage of the amenities offered. I would definitely stay here again or any other Wyndham for that matter. "

"Good choice of boat. Good food, fun activities, pleasant service. They coped very well with requests for gluten-free food and no seafood. My original departure was cancelled due to tropical storm but they contacted me, arranged a new date that suited me and helped me sort my transport to and from Halong (from Hanoi and to Ninh Binh)"
