「I went with my husband and kids and it was wonderful. The à la carts restaurant was very good for dinner and there were lots of options for dinner. There were lots to do for kids including a maze, an animal orphanage, fishing and taking their dogs out for a walk. Benson ensured we were happy with our rooms so we appreciated his cheerful help! We had a great time! They arranged a wonderful safari for us with Francis. Ask for the feather pillows.」

「A beautiful oasis in the middle of busy Nanyuki! Very reasonable rates for a gem in the middle of town. 100% safe compound for foreigners (behind a large gate). Great workout gym with modern equipment, and affordable massages and other treatments in a relaxing spa area. Breakfast was the best I've had in Kenya (over multiple trips in 30 years). Bar is pretty cool. Staff helped me change the booking with no fees. One warning - the walls are a bit thin so if there is a party going on...

「I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. There needs to be a sign...

「This property seemed to have quite good reviews. I was disappointed overall. Pros: -Rooms were clean and comfortable -Location was convenient -Staff was friendly Cons: -the hotel seemed pretty run down -the restaurant was substandard -you could hear everything through the walls -there was no hot water, even after 3 complaints -the staff moved all my stuff to another room without my prior knowledge or permission because they wanted to give my room to someone else」
