「Pretty rundown.」

「The room was clean and fine. My experience was fine but the Reason for my star rating is my mother needed a handicap room. She actually called the property to confirm that she had a handicap room. The property called her several times to confirm the handicap room. Upon arrival, NO handicap room available meaning no way to shower, use the restroom etc. The Staff couldn't have cared less, just saying there was no handicap room and offered ZERO accountability or accommodation. 「The staff was very nice & helpful. As for the room, it was fair to ok at best. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. 「It is better that they go somewhere else because we had to bathe with cold water because they do not even have hot water.」

「ok」

「I like the location near Linton. The suite was nice. My wife liked the room set up with two recliners in the living room area.」

「The property is starting to show its age. The property needs a fresh overhaul.」

「We love staying here. We travel to Indiana 1 to 2 times a year and always stay here. It is a really quiet place and always clean. The staff and owners are extremely nice and helpful. We highly recommend stay there. Checking in is always super easy and if you need anything, you can ask and they have always be extremely accommodating. Five stars for sure!!」
