「Propreté」

「-」

「The pictures does not represent the reality. No real view outside, fake windows.」

「the parking is to far from the stay」

「Check in really not easy and abusive extra charge for cleaning」

「This was the smallest room I have ever seen. You cannot open the door all the way because the bed is blocking it. You cannot be 2 people in the room. To move around, one person has to go out in the hallway to let the other person out. I booked for 2 people 2 nights. We only stayed 1 night it was so small. They refused to reimburse us the 2nd night. Horrible customer service」

「Bathroom light didn’t work. We showered in the dark and look like blood stains on the curtains」

「Need to train new staff properly. Other than that, my stay was almost perfect.」

「The common areas were clean and use of stove-wonderful. We found the room excellent, lots of space and despite facing the road, we were never disrupted by sounds of traffic.」
