「Excellent Hotel with Amazing Staff. 」

「Clean, welcoming and comfy. The staff at Mena Hotel Tabuk took great care of us, including extra towels and even checking in to see if we needed anything else. I loved that our room actually had some room, including a comfy chair and a place to put a suitcase. We had one early morning, and I was thankful that when they said breakfast starts at 6:00 it really was open and ready for me to eat at 6:00. One area that they could improve is breakfast offerings. I'd love to see an omelet station...

「Excellent hotel, clean rooms and efficient people managing the place. One suggestion is to introduce live plants (palm trees like Areca etc) in lobby area. It will make the great ambiance excellent. 」

It was good also, but the bathroom was smell like a sewer and for the clean I had an incident that I want them to clean the room and they didn’t clean it and when I spoke to the reception, they said they told them, but they didn’t clean it so they don’t take care of their client」
