「Service personnel were super friendly and impressive. You could tell they love taking care of the guests!」

「Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! 「You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel, but it served its purpose well for a quick overnight stop. 「Clean room」

「Quite interesting.」

「There was no towels in my room, front seat was very helpful though. Unit was just inconvenient because I was tired and didn’t want to go back after getting to my room. There’s no coffee maker in the room which if I’m paying a good amount even cheap hotels have coffee makers. And most places that have kitchens have stuff to use to cook with. I just feel like the place wasn’t worth why I paid for. The laundry room wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t clean either.」

「good」

「The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However the Expedia amenities included in the search was not actually included. The breakfast that was said to be included was not. It did not actually have a hot tub as stated in the Expedia search parameters.」

「I was clean and nice place . But The only problem I have was in room you could hear the people walk above you. It sound like they were going come throw the ceiling.」
