「Nice and good Location! Good services and very good breakfast👍 」

「The room was tidy and clean. Their reception and breaksfast restaurant you may go to its sister Hotel "The Hey Hotel" just next to the Guesthouse. The breaksfast environment and quality was impressive. The location was excellent near the famous main street / Interlaken West station. To Interlaken Ost station, better by bus but never wait a long time or if don't mind to walk on main street for shopping or restaurants.」

「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」

「Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive....

「It is disappointed no air conditioner and refrigerator in room. But there is BiliBar in first floor.Still great at all.」
