"Let's start with the positives. The reception desk and café staff, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean. The dining space was updated and clean and the staff did their best. The grounds were well kept. The negative were the other staff. No one spoke English and did not attempt to communicate in any other language, verbal or non-verbal. "This is a very posh, small (24 room) 5* hotel, located right in the center of the small town of Banska Stiavnica. "Basic 3 star hotel Still you get the feeling of the old communists times Small rooms, basic fornitures Bathroom need some renovation The door on the bottom part was rotten Breakfast average Friendly staff Conveniently located in the main city square "

"We stayed for one night and had a great time. Everybody was very friendly and attentive, food in the restaurant was spot on. Visiting the spa is a must!"

"very good service and communication"

"Clean room, friendly staff, convenient parking. "

"This is a pleasant 3* hotel. Room was fine, but nothing fancy. Our room had a balcony. Parking is under the hotel, and can be reached by the elevator. Hotel is well located - about a block (through a "tunnel") from the central square. Room could have used more lighting. Desk clerk (Lucia) very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."

"Brand new property that is well maintained and full of amenities. I stayed in the “Punk” room and it was really a fun place. The contact person was great and responded immediately on the few questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Nice cheap place to stay near the center. Free parking and friendly staff. "
