"Hardware is good.Service is bad. We drove all the way from Shenzhen to the hotel and when we pulled the car to the front of the hotel, a staff came out. His first comment was: you cannot park the car here! No greeting or welcome as we would have expected. How were we supposed to unload luggage?!!
