"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. Room is comfortable with the good air conditioning and excellent TV entertainment. Keep it up and I will definitely stay here again when...

"I would give 4 stars to this property. Although the room is small, it is expected. All the necessity are ready, including slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, hair dryer...and a bathtub too. It's perfect actually. However, i have to deduct 0.5 star that when i check-in at 18:30 and walked into the room, the room was not cleaned, I have to report to the staff and then wait for 15 minutes until it is cleaned for me to move in. I need to deduct another 0.5 stars because the soundproofing is not...

"Overall experience was okay. Love that it’s located in the center of Ximen and near subway and bus station. Heads up for those who cannot sleep with loud noise. I dont have sleeping problem so it’s okay but it’s quite loud at night, just like how others have reviewed it. Perfect for those who needs only a bed to sleep like me. "
