Her warm and welcoming attitude made me feel valued as a guest, and her attention to detail was truly remarkable. Jenny demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, always greeting me with a smile and promptly addressing any inquiries or requests I had. Furthermore, I would like to highlight the exceptional privacy standards maintained by your hotel. I greatly appreciated the high level of privacy and security provided, which significantly contributed to my overall satisfaction during my stay. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your hotel, I would like to bring to your attention a minor issue regarding the inconsistency of water pressure in the shower. There were instances where the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which could be improved to ensure a more comfortable showering experience. Private pool with amazing sea view!
Fantastic experience! I enjoyed every single moment! They have free facility of the water sport for the hotel guests, which save us lots of time and money! The staffs are really nice :) the only thing was fair which is the breakfast, other than that, everything was great! Amazing sea view with white soft sand, the beach area is very clean! Much better than the other 5* hotels that I have stayed in Phuket. Love it

差评差评差评差评！网上说这里好的我估计全部都是托！我订的全景复式两层！这里写了可入住3人，加两名儿童，我们一共4个女生去，到了后酒店经理态度真的非常差非常坚硬，说只能住2人，你们要住4人可以，另外一人交多4000泰铢，一共就是8000泰铢！？这比我订一间房还贵啊！有没有搞错！我说那我另外订多一个房间，她说满了。我去，我真的服了，根本没看到什么人，说了很久最后交了6000泰铢，可是我也非常不爽！钱都交了你还扣我护照？我还没见过一个酒店要扣人护照的？这也就算了，早餐免费 可是拿回房间一人要交700泰铢，怎么就这么坑啊，这早餐真的有毒，吃完我们四个上吐下泻！路特别绕，找个房间找十几二十分钟我也是醉了...而且酒店房间根本就完全看不到日出日落！房间里蚊虫蚂蚁非常非常非常非常多！多到我发疯！真的很吓人！还好只订了一个晚上，这么大个海边居然没有风...这真的是我有生以来住过最差的一次酒店，这一晚上大概2500左右真的很不值得非常不值得，你们不要去啊！不要住这里！真的体验非常非常不好！搞得心情很差！12点退房，10点50就来检查让我们退房？我服了真的服了，真的不要住这里！

Dear Jiaying, Thank you for your stay and feedback. The booking regulation states very clear that the villa you booked was for two person and when you come 4 person, you have to pay extra person. This is a common practice of the hotel al around the world. You also mentioned about the food poisonings. I checked there was no record during your stay. A hotel with amazing view
The view is amazing! The beach is very clean and beautiful, and it is just in front of my door . Although it located a little far from city centre, hotel provide shuttle to town. The staff are very nice , especially AEH is very helpful . I m sure I will come again .

滿意的住宿，雖然地點比較遠
地點是真的很不方便，不過在布吉都是以的士做基本交通公具的，所以只是費用比較貴，反正都一樣 到了酒店，工作人員已經歡迎我們，然後在大堂裡處理入住文件，大概15分鐘已經可以進房間 雖然所有房間都有階梯，不過酒店人員會安排幫你將行李拿到房間，所以其實不用自己搬 到了房間放眼過去就是泳池，水也夠深有1.2米，面前就是美麗的大海超級舒服 房間裡床很大，而且有另1張對著外面泳池的床也很好躺，廁所只有1條布檔著，大大的時候應該整個房間都是氣味 酒店包含的早餐質素也很不錯，吃過了早餐就到海灘游泳，因為海灘就近餐廳，所以可以帶備毛巾 雖然花比較多時間在車程上，可是我是覺得是值得的

1.resturant is good (pad mee is good), staff is very nice, the lead is efficient, polite, friendly with smile, 2.carpark is limited, got 5-6spaces, we got no problems though,3.can enjoy drinks from fridge, awesome, but charge for refill, 4. Beach is awesome, less people, very clean, but nothing to see for snorkelling, 5.views from room:very good, view from room pool, very disappointed, that blocked from roof,6.bath doesnt look clean for a bath,7.curtain cannot block sunlight completely.8, too many stairs, 9.deposit can be returned in 2weeks, but hopefully can return in a quicker time.10.there is a clever design when returning from beach for feet washing. 11.2 restaurants recommended, Brasserie Yacht Club @ Ao Yon Beach (300m, can access from beach); 'Ao yon seaside'very cheap and tasty, modern and new(just 1 month), around 15 mins on foot?12.surprisingly lots of traffic at airport/patong

its good experience stay there, relaxing, nice open view , boring in one restaruant only, no other choice, cos need take time and taxi out , staff have internal miscomunicate , we have two rooms for 4 of u and always chatiing in one room however suddenly front desk ask us have extra person stay in my room , its make us unhappy , plastic cup broken need paid 300baht, we spend almost 7000baht for going out sight seeing , we reserve daily lesson from Front desk but no staff , wifi is very weak

Nice sea view
Nice sea view and good facility. Hotel provide good room service and the restaurant provide delicious traditional Thai food. All the staffs are very nice. Also, I recommend the shine spa nearby the hotel. Hotel provide shuttle bus service to and from there. I experienced excellent hot stone spa in there.

* The toilette is "open" inside the room. It would be nicer if an aspirator/pumping system is installed to evacuate bad smell more quickly. * There are too many sharp corners and sharp edges. I myself bumped a few times on the edges of the bed and that hurts. The edge of the bed is larger than the mattress so visually it's not obvious we would bump on the edge of the bed. * My girlfriend had an accident while having a shower. The taps on the wall is too high and have sharp edges! She is not very tall (155cm). When she turned around and bent down a bit little, her forehead knocked on one tap and she started bleeding and since then, she has a scar -- hoping the scar will go away soon. * There are places around the restaurant where sharp edges can be found, eg in one of the glass fences. That could be a dangerous pitfall when somebody slips and knocks on it -- he might lose his eyes! Or that could be dangerous to children whose eyes are at the same level of the sharp corners.

酒店不大总共30多间别墅，按目前的价格算是性价比较高的酒店。 优点：景色很美，面对着海湾，海水比较平净。特别是楼上的泳池和景色很不错，适合喜欢安静的人。 房间整体设计的简洁大方，卫生间很方便实用，也很漂亮。酒店提供的沙滩包很漂亮，还有小点心和水果很贴心。 缺点：酒店附近交通不是很方便，如果出去打车非常贵。 只能租小摩托或是打车出去。早餐比较单一，餐厅的菜品不是很多选择，如果多住几天估计肯定会吃腻的。 另外酒店比较新，绿化还不到位，楼下的浴缸居然没有热水，放了很久以后决定放弃。浴缸旁边应该多些装饰，直接面对的是水泥墙和柱子，很多细节需要提高。特别提出一下，我们住了三晚，两间房间都空调都出了问题，接连叫了好几次才来修。204的房间门铃也是坏的，如果人在楼下外面有人敲门是绝对听不见的。另外，空调噪音很大，房间的私密性不够，站在外面很清楚的可以看见里面的情况。

Amazing view!! LOVED the private pool!!
The staff were friendly and helpful. We had 5 persons in total. We had some problems about the booking that we thought we paid for 3 ppl for one of the rooms but end up it was a misunderstanding. The staff and Hotels.com were patient to help us. At last we paid an extra fee for one room. The location could be a minus if travelers want to go to town coz its quite far. But the hotel offers taxi booking service. Breakfast was amazing, wide range of choices, recommend pad thai and fried rice! The view of the room was stunning and amazing!!!!! You can see the blue sky and sea every day. LOVE that infinity pool. The staff were so considerate that they opened a room for us to have a quick shower before we leave as our flight was at late night. We were so thankful for that.
