We booked two rooms. One for our son and one for my husband and myself. The hotel overall felt dirty - I had a towel that appeared clean but smelled so dirty. My son had no soap. The bathroom looked like it had splash marks all over the back of the door - I can only imagine what it was. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the gym, hot tub and sauna. We liked the ease of parking and proximity to the village.

Love comming here and its our go to property. Ypu would think the hotel would care about returning guests however our bedside lamps didnt work and the shower soap dispenser was broken. Clearly a lack of proper maintenance. Unless restitution is made i will reconsider my future stays here.

The location was quick and convenient. The property is located just across the street from Whistler village. The parking is underground and it is $24 per night. It has a heated pool, a swimming pool and sauna which we enjoyed. I would recommend the property.

The hotel would have been ok, except the soundproofing is non-existent. You can hear every word of the conversations in neighbouring rooms; we had noisy neighbours who despite their TV being on very loud we could still hear having sex, and there was constant noise from the corridors. If you have any expectations of sleep, don’t stay here.
