Una fantastica sorpresa, struttura tenuta benissimo, appartamento comodo, pulito e ben arredato con tutti i confort, giardino con piscina fantastici, tranquillo e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia più bella di Villasimius ed a 5 minuti dal centro....posizione eccellente!!

Hotellets läge är bra. Mellan strand o stad. Vi hade en ”bungalow” så kunde äta frukost utomhus mot poolen. Sängen så hård att jag undrade vad jag hade slagit mig emot då armen värkte så mycket.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Anlange war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Personal super freundlich und konnten Englisch. Direkt neben der Hotelanlage gab es ein Restaurant mit Pizza, Pasta und anderen verschiedenen Leckereien. Leider gab es nur auf der Straße Seitenparkplätze, wir haben aber immer einen Platz zum Parken gefunden. Den Strand mussten wir mit dem Auto besuchen, da der Weg mit Kleinkindern doch etwas weit zu Fuß wäre. Dort gibt es überall Parkplätze (5Euro Parkgebühren). Der Strand war Traumhaft schön und es gibt extra Liegen und Schirme für jeden Gast aus Green Village Resort. Die Stadt ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Ein super Urlaub Immer wieder gerne

Schöne Anlage in guter Lage
Schöner als erwartet... Toller Pool und ideale Lage. Etwa gleich weit ins Zentrum und zum Strand. Küche war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet (leider kein Korkenzieher). Kann die Anlage nur empfehlen

Overall good stay! 10 min walk to the Villasimius beach. Nice access to the beach club - lounge chairs and umbrellas! Great service! Only issue was parking. I believe it was noted that there was free parking but there was none. We had to find off-site parking and it was good thing that it was free.

Nice place to stay
The studio accomodation is good, but slightly too small for a family with two children in their teenage. Basically, whilst no sufficient space for the suitcases. The pool is great and very refreshing It is clean and well maintained. It is also situated perfectly: distance to beach and town on walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpfull.

Well priced option in good location
Good hotel for the price, especially perfect for a family with kids! WiFi could be better. Close to both the beach in town. Clean and well cared for.

Great last minute booking for a family of four
We had a wonderful stay at the Green Village. It was a last minute booking so we were a little apprehensive. The staff are very efficient, the pool area is wonderful and, although compact, the rooms were all we needed ( we didn't spend much time there so the size didn't bother us too much - we are a family of four with 8 & 11 year old kids). The beach felt like a bit of a hike in the heat, about 15 mns, but the beautiful and safe sea makes it worthwhile. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

Tre giorni a Villasimius
Il resort si trova in posizione molto comoda, a metà strada tra il centro di Villasimius e la spiaggia (favolosa!), raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. La struttura non dispone di un parcheggio privato ma è comunque possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente nelle immediate vicinanze lungo la strada. Il monolocale è pulitissimo e molto curato, ma piuttosto piccolo per 4 persone: una volta aperto il divano letto è difficile il passaggio; sarebbe ideale per 3 persone. I letti in ogni caso, anche i divano-letti, sono comodi. Mancano le zanzariere, che sarebbero utili: nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato c'erano parecchie zanzare. La piscina è molto carina e ben curata, anche se non troppo grande. Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Hotel great for families but not the area.
The hotel is has lovely grounds but the rooms are quite dated. Very difficult to find the private beach as advertised as it is actually a sister hotels beach, which is unknown when looking for a different name on a parasol. Not a lot around the hotel for families and would definitely need a car to get around as everything is very sparse. The staff were lovely and the pool clean.

All'arrivo troviamo la reception deserta. Dopo 15 min e 2 telefonate è stato possibile effettuare in check in. Stanza priva di carta igienica e con un tremendo odore di chiuso. Bello il villaggio e cortese il personale.

Giuseppe, mi scuso per il ritardo nelle operazioni di check in, purtroppo la receptionist si è dovuta prestare come traduttrice ad un pediatra che stava visitando una nostra piccola ospite. In merito alla camera, considerando che la struttura anche oggi è pressochè al completo, gli ultimi ospiti della camera che ha occupato lei sono partiti solo la mattina del suo arrivo, in merito alla dimenticanza della carta igienica, mi scuso, e sono sicuro che prontamente è stata ripristinata. cordiali saluti Andrea Nateri Hotel manager

Superbe région pour des vacances en famille
Séjour vacances en famille + un autre couple d'amis avec enfants, 2 logements voisins comme demandé, tout est super, accueil, service, dévouement des l'équipe, cadre, proximité de la ville et de la plage. La région regorge de sites " carte postale".

Séjour agréable
Petit hôtel à taille humaine, convivial. Bien situé: Plage à 15 mn à pieds et centre ville à 10 mn Notre logement était correct, un peu plus de rangement serait le bienvenu ! Une belle terrasse et jardinet. Personnel souriant. Jolie piscine très peu fréquentée

Soggiorno breve (4 gg) ma piacevole e soddisfacente. Ottima l’attenzione e la cura del personale. Bello il contesto, giardini e piscina, anche se la parte giardino verso il ns appartamento non era curata: un peccato! Appartamento semplice ma abbastanza confortevole.

Vacanza con la famiglia
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence per circa una settimana. Il residence ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative tranne che per il confort dei materassi in quanto durissimi. Il personale alla reception cordiale e gentile tranne per alcune poco informate sulle cose da visitare.

In merito ai materassi sono quelli ortopedici, capisco che cambiare letto alcune volte può comportare qualche scompenso. in merito ai servizi in spiaggia purtroppo la regione Sardegna non ci concede i permessi per questi servizi che abbiamo chiesto. speriamo che prima o poi qualcosa cambi. tante grazie ancora Andrea Nateri Hotel Manager

Nice setting & Great location, 7 min walk to nice beach and 5 min from village cafes , bars & shops. Hotel has bikes for hire, but they could do with some maintenance .

Ottimo complesso vicino a una splendida spiaggia
Questa struttura non delude mai...anzi si rinnova continuamente...posizione strategica vicino al paese dove si trova qls cosa e a due passi dal mare...uno splendido mare. Il personale è eccellente...ci tornerò sicuramente.

Schöne Apart-Hotel Anlage. Die Wohneinheiten sind klein und eher dürftig ausgestattet. Bei schönem Wetter spielt dies aber keine Rolle. Ca. 800 Meter zum feinsandigen Strand von Simius. Auto zur Erkundung der Umgebung und der vielen weiteren schönen Strände von Vorteil.

In posizione strategica tra la spiaggia ed il centro del paese. Appartamento semplice ma completo, nel nostro caso ubicato in posizione fantastica al piano terra con terrazzo direttamente sulla piscina. Piscina molto bella, divisa tra alta/bassa da un "corridoio" degradante, perennemente tenuta pulita dal personale. Pulizia camera e cambio biancheria effettuato ben 2 volte in 9 giorni di soggiorno (carta igienica col contagocce).
