The hotel is beautiful - the reception, bar area and room decor is lovely. The staff were great; a welcoming reception team and a lovely lady who brought room service breakfast (which was fantastic). I would stay again. The hotel is centrally located, just outside the Innere stadt but within an easy walk. It’s a quiet, safe area near Schwarzenbergplatz, where you can pick up a line 1, 2 or 71 tram to take you pretty much anywhere you want to go (and it is very easy to book tickets on the Wienmobile app). Unless you book at the hotel restaurant, dining and cafe options in the immediate vicinity are quite limited, but a 5-8 minute walk will bring you within reach of many more options.

Everything about the hotel was great, it was a short walk from the train station and also the Cathedral. The staff were polite and knowledgeable and even surprised me with a card and a small bottle of fizz on my birthday, something that really meant a lot

This beautiful boutique hotel is very close to the Opera, Academia and other famous buildings. It’s in a quiet and safe area. The decor is unique as shown on the photos. It has small elevators and host big groups. So be prepared to wait for an elevator or you could use the well illuminated stairs. Great customer service, Debra and everyone at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. its amenities are as listed on the website. The restaurant was very chic, but pricey. So there are more restaurants near by and Billa mini super within 3 blocks by the fountain. I will definitely stay here again as a solo traveler.

This a wonderful hotel, conveniently located, very clean, and staffed by excellent people. The lady who checked us in was really one of the very best we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in 55 countries visited. She was so helpful and so very nice and made our stay extra special. After you finish their wonderful buffet breakfast including freshly squeezed juice, you can easily grab a taxi right out front to go anywhere in the city. It was an absolute delight staying at this hotel. It is impossible to overstate how great this hotel is. If you skip this one, you will truly have missed out.

The Hotel AM Konzerthaus has an efficient and friendly staff. Check-in was easy, the room was very clean and tidy, and they even sent us a special gift for our anniversary after the reception person happened to ask if there was any special occasion we were celebrating. The location is close to the concert venues and art museums as well as shopping and dining.
