The hotel offered free shuttle service to the cruise terminal but I did not know that I had to schedule it ahead of time so I had to end up changing my ship arrival time to fit the free shuttle available time. It has a few fast foods walkable but not restaurants. The city bus stop is just outside the hotel which was a very convenient, safe and clean way to get to downtown Vancouver in about 10-15 min.

We were there for 3 days prior to a cruise and everything was great, Nice hotel in the final stages of renovations which did not bother us one bit, great breakfast , the shuttle was excellent, the drivers were great, staff were great, would recommend the Inn to any of our family and friends. We would have liked a safe in the room, luggage rack and towel rack.

I loved the welcome we received. Free parking and free breakfast are the bomb. Very pet friendly as well!! Takes about 15mins to get to downtown Vancouver. A little noisey from the traffic on the main street side. I wished they had a freezer section in the fridge and a safe for passports.
