"Lovely location. Vibey deco. Room was good but the ac shuts off when we stop moving and fall asleep. Is there an econo setting that shuts the ac off? Restaurant was a little slow, and they didn’t seem to know their espresso drinks very well. That may be snobby of me, but I wanted to be honest. "

"Great location! Lots of shopping and food choices nearby. Hotel has a nice pool and breakfast each morning was good. I enjoyed the cocktail hour as well! Although theTV in the main area of our room didnt work , the one in the bedroom did. Couch is old and run down and bathrooms are overly small compared to the size of the suits. "

"Tara was amazing and I am so grateful that I was able to come and stay at this property after having to leave another property. The Colony is extra special and a great place for parents to escape and relax. The hotel reminds me of being in a garden of eve. The plants are amazing. We are overall very happy with our stay. Thank you"

"Palm Mountain Resort is a great place to stay. The reason we keep coming back and love staying here is everything is walking distance to downtown and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The only complaint I have is for the amount of money they charge, they need to replace and fix items that are broke or don’t work. Our bathroom sink had 2 very large cracks in the sink, bathtub did not drain well, no stopper or plug to take a bath and the shower curtain hangs half way in the shower so your constantly fighting it from sticking to you. Just a few minor issues that could be resolved very easily. "
