「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「This hotel is extremely sketchy. The hallways and stairs are dirty. There is no control over the heating. The door locks are questionable. There is no hot water in the shower and it doesn't drain. It seems to be a hotel where many people are living.」

「酒店位於中心地帶，方便逛街，晚上教堂有光影show，很好。但住宿一般原因是沒冷氣。 Coz my own careless, i think it has the A/C, but it hasn't. So we need to open the window and use the fan provided by the Hotel. But the people in the public area chat loud until midnight. So, not sleep well. Besides that, it's good.」

「Excellent séjour avec un personnel très professionnel et très agréable malgré une surcharge de travail ( groupe de 53 clients au restaurant en plus des clents" normaux" de l'hôtel avec seulement 3 serveurs pour faire face ! Et on n'a pas attendu ! Petit bemol corrigé en demandant à l'accueil : pas de savon ni gel douche dans la chambre. 」

「J'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avec mon petit chien. L'établissement est très propre, l 'accueil par le réceptionniste est professionnel et chaleureux. Merci pour le chocolat. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. En revanche, la literie est épouvantable. 」

「Nous avons trouvé l hôtel : bel aspect, propre. Par contre l isolation des chambres n’est pas top. Le service petit déjeuner nous avons trouvés un large choix, très bon produit je dirai même excellent, une dame blonde avec les cheveux attachés avec une pince très souriante c’est agréable le matin. La piscine propre juste le sol un peu glissant, la température de l’eau est très bien elle n’est pas froide. Assez de transats, beau cadre. Sauna hammam bien aussi. Parking assez grand.
