「Beautiful hotel, the room was comfy and had everything we needed. The bathroom and shower was modern and clean. Great location to walk around Ludlow. We didnt eat or drink in the hotel, it seemed expensive compared to the places around.」

「Absolutely loved this Hotel. Surroundings were stunning & eating was extremely convenient. Any suggestions for improvements? Yes, the WiFi did not work from the room & even down stairs one had to jump through hoops for only momentary connection. That aside, everything else was world class including always polite reception & room cleaning staff. 」

「We instantly felt at ease upon arrival and were made to feel welcome . We enjoyed a pizza and cheesy chips for our evening meal and I was pleased to see that there was a cask ale on the bar . Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order . Our room overlooked the beer garden and play garden for the children . There's a bus service into Worcester which is convenient to use instead of taking the car. There's quite a large car park so parking is not a problem .」

「Stayed for one night whilst visiting family. friendly check in , easy to find. Accommodation was clean everything was in working order. Only thing that would need improvement was the pillows , as they were very soft but this of course is preference. Bedding very thick and too heavy during a heat wave. Breakfast was lovely and hot, quick and efficient service. Thankyou 」

「An unpretentious place and perfectly good for B &B. Breakfasts were quite adequate and the room and bathroom were generously proportioned. The outstanding thing about this place is the quality of the staff. They were outstanding and would happily go the extra mile」

「Room was small but lovely. Very noisy at nights which we didnt mind but bare in mind when booking. Breakfast delicious both mornings. Very cluttered with junk in the corridoors and corners which doesn't look great but also could be a fire hazard? Staff really friendly. Good size car park behind. Lovely pub. Great price.」

「We enjoyed a good stay at the hotel. It was well situated for our trip to Malvern Spring Flower Show. The staff were lovely and the food was good pub food. We particularly enjoyed the steak night which was excellent. Breakfasts were tailored to us individually, were well cooked and good sized portions. We will definitely stay here again. 」
