"The hotel was beautiful. We were there for a baseball game, and the hotel is directly across from the ballpark and right next door to Ballpark Village. The hotel offers valet parking which we very much appreciated. Our room was beautiful, very clean, need super comfy. "

"The people who work here are extremely customer orientated, friendly and helpful. My small complaint is that I had a hard time finding the building in this busy section of town. I’m however not the greatest on directions. I did not knock off points for this. , "

"Very hospitable and welcoming staff. They're very helpful. I'm on the third floor but it's a little bit noisy if you are close to the elevators. If you can I would suggest asking for a room away from the elevators."
