When I picked up the room, my luggage was already put in the room for me. The hotel is very close to the railway network and only two stations away from the city center. You can enjoy the convenience of the city center, and also the quiet accommodation experience. I will stay here again next time I come to Osaka.」

「Everything are great in hotel, except one bed. Stayed in 4 beds suite, 3 beds are good, but 1 bed is too soft which the mattress is too thin, and there is no support in the center of the bed frame where the body is embedded inside.」

「除了房內清潔，我們連續入住3天，拖鞋沒有給新，垃圾除了垃圾桶外的，放滿了放在垃圾桶旁邊都沒有收，因為第一次去日本不太了解日本的酒店清潔是否都這樣，除了這些其他都很好，房內很大很安靜，設施都很好，燈光也光猛，入住21樓風景非常好，大堂和前台的職員都非常有善和專業，設施和職員的服務讓我感覺在5星酒店。期待下次去大阪再入住。」
