The location is great. Right outside of Capitol Reef National Park. The view is spectacular and we can't hear noise from other rooms.

We stayed in cabin 3 and it exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable king size bed, great water pressure in the shower, coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room. View was amazing and so peaceful. We walked to the patio right on the property for dinner both nights. Pizza was excellent and service was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here.

Not much in this area, so willing to overlook something for a budget friendly stay. Could have used more lighting, or luggage racks as there was no surface at a height that could be used for that purpose. Kind of a pain to dig in a suitcase on the floor. Great restaurant on the property with good food.

This is a rustic inn on the edge of a small town and family run. There is nothing extravagant about it. It is peaceful, has lovely views. Its an older bulding with small rooms. But we found it charming and more restful than a chain, three story hotel. We'd go back in a flash for that reason. There is an attached restaurant that was well used, though not by us. Beds were comfortable too.
