How can have safe travel if you provide this kind of room BTW. I hurt my back on sofa and your back yard is full of mosquito. My wife have lots bits and also heard from others Can't stay outside or indoor I am expecting full refund for this night and more. Yiou staff know about all not a single sorry. Blame on owner for simple extra key request. If you justify room charge we will pay other wise refund it

We booked for three nights and was not told the pool or hot tub was not operational. We would not have booked here if we had known there was no pool. The general manager was no help on the situation. We ended up abandoning our reservation, eating the money we paid, and getting a hotel somewhere else. On top of the pool, our room had one king bed with only four small square pillows. I asked for additional pillows (they were very small) and was told no. This was the least accommodating hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
