"Just had a wonderful stay at Xianal Vacation Chateau (夏內爾渡假民宿). It was just a piece of paradise among the strawberry fields. It's just off the busy Taiwan Route No 3, but the noise level was not a concern due to good sound insulations. It's also a short drive to the town of Dahu for a nice meal. The hosts are very enthusiastic and helpful, and are just a pleasure to chat with. The room was tastefully decorated, with top-shelve amenities. The breakfast was a surprising large tray with delicious...

He drive us to a nearby restaurant to try the famous mushroom dinner, and kindly advised us not to order too many because the portion is very big. This turned out exactly to be the case. "The host was extremely hospitable and personally served us breakfast as well as bought milk for my little ones. The property we were put up in were extremely bare with simply a bed in the room and no side tables, or lights. Location is also a bit secluded so you need to punch in Sanyi Wood Sculpture Museum as your destination and ask your way to the hotel from there."

"We only stayed for one night in the biggest room (3 adults and 3 kids). When we opened the door, everyone was so excited, the room is big and comfortable, I love the style (designed by the host). They also provide the clay/ hand made pottery lesson and DIY pizza for guesses, we all had so much fun with the lesson. the host are very kind and friends, I will bring all my family and go back again soon."
