Right on top of the MIYASHITA PARK, you've got a lot of dining and shopping options right at your door. The hotel lobby has a good cafe, there is breezy Starbucks in front of the hotel, and one floor down from the hotel was a dozen restaurants, all with nice patios. You can easily walk to all major shopping destinations in the Shibuya area. The rooms are fun & stylish. I especially like the windows facing the park, as it has a little "Hi Tokyo" sticker on it, producing great photos. Be aware though that in the suite there are no desks (but the lobby has large shared workspaces), and there are no bathtubs (showers only). Please be aware that this hotel is about 10 min of busy street walking from any train stations, so it's a hassle if you need to drag large suitcases. Google Maps will lead you to the park-facing entry which is on 4th floor, but there is an elevator at the ground level to the NORTH of the park. Also be aware that this hotel does self-check-in using tablets, which is a bit hard to operate (there is a lot to type on the screen). If you have free time ahead of arrival, you can get an app to complete the data entry section ahead of time, just check the hotel's website.

Terrible beds!!! Needs a clean, new air filters, clean the vents, so much dust. Location was fantastic and food delicious. I would have rated lower if it wasn’t for the food and location.

This property was perfect for our last night. Close to station, restaurants, sky tower and Tokyo plaza. Central 5-10min to all shopping. Fantastic little cafe downstairs and helpful hotel staff that allowed for an early checkin which was most appreciated as hotel checkin time is usually 5pm which is quite late. However the 2pm checkout was perfect. I did discover afterwards that our booking included breakfast. (My fault for not reading fine print but was also not mentioned by staff in check in so if you do book with breakfast included do be sure to ask)

Close to the Shibuya station. Attached to Miyashita Urban Park makes it a very lively area. Just note that the hotel starts on the 4th floor so best to access it from there.

Department stores/shopping within same building. Hotel room cleaning service is once every 2 days and they didnt do a great job of resetting the room. Trash bags were still left in room. Only bed sheets and towels were changed
