「The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and spacious. The only thing we didn’t like was that they never came to clean our room during our two night stay, even when we requested it. We had an overflowing trash can and had to reuse towels. Housekeeping seemed to be non existent. Also something to note is that the pool does NOT include a hot tub as advertised. 」

「I hope can be provided for bath wash, It rains a lot. I hope there are some umbrellas for customers to use. When I used to stay in this hotel, it provided some very simple breakfast, such as bread and cup cake but now there is nothing. 」

「Was a bit noisy at midnight lots of yelling and slamming doors. Also found it weird that only one staircase was usable and the others had caution tape. She put me on the second floor and didn’t even bother telling me about the staircases or where I could find a safe one. Overall my room was clean and did the job I needed it to do but found the rest strange. 」
