" We arrived at night, so the check-in was very difficult as everything is automated. We had to call and have a customer service rep call us back to walk us through the whole hour process as this was so unfamiliar to us. No one will check on you. You can request your room to be cleaned every 3 days. And, If you want towels, etc, you will have to call customer service to call the maid to bring towels etc. Put trash outside your door and the maid will dump it in the morning. Be sure to set up...

"Breakfast is no longer provided by a restaurant beside the lobby as it no longer operating. Instead it delivery by order. There a 24hr supermarket next door though giving a good options to buy drinks and other groceries. The bus stop is quite close but it take almost 45 minute not including waiting time from the airport."
