This hotel is a gem hidden in Taoyuan city. Facility is spacious and staff is friendly. Walkable surroundings with varieties of traditional Taiwanese foods. And super quiet.

The hotel was fine, though not exactly five-star luxury. The room itself was clean. The pool was closed. No free breakfast. I was also very disappointed at having to pay ~7 USD for a toothbrush and shampoo, which should be provided for free; this was particularly grating. The overnight stay was inexpensive, so that was good, but overall a middling experience.

Stayed in a regular (less expensive) on the 6th floor this time. It was recently remodeled. Nice, cleaned, and well designed. The buffet breakfast was of high quality.

Needs upgrading..
Stayed on the 8th floor. Hotel did not have shuttle service to and from the airport (maybe for flight attendant and pilots only). Bathroom did not have basic amenities such as shampoo or soap. Room smelt moldy and damp. TV did not work and was not “internationally” friendly for those who did not read the language. Needs an upgrade.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. They don’t provide shampoo, and soap. You have to pay. The shower head is broken and the room smells bad. The service is also bad. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel is great however there is nothing around the hotel. Hotel location is closer to airport compared to going to downtown Taipei. Noticed there are quite a few airlines employees stayed at this hotel which believe maybe due to its close proximity with the airport. It will take about 10mins driving to closest mall (Tai mall) and will take about 30 mins to do downtown Taipei.

The rooms were big and spacious. The breakfast was great with a nice varied selection of foods. The staff were fantastic and helped with solving any issues that came up with a wonderful attitude. There are a lot of snack and service shops closely located around the hotel. I highly recommended this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and the room and facilities were quite clean and pleasant. We checked in again two weeks later for one night and were given a room (#607) where the bathroom had mold around the bath caulking and also on some tiles. We also found two hair rollers on the floor under the armchair. This was really disappointing for a hotel of this standard!

the newly renovated room was very nice but the old one is not; some of the staff is professional but some is not, overall service is still good & friendly, needs to improve the consistence of it. Good value for money & convenient.
