Transportation is good for the area. Room is tiny, have cigarettes smell, you can hear next room people cough,. Mold on shower curtain, bathroom ceiling and around the bath tub. Breakfast is good. Staff is nice and friendly.

The location of this hotel is near the local Taoyuan Train station. It only took us less than an hour train ride to arrive at this hotel from Taoyuan international Airport. Lots of nearby restaurants. We stayed at this hotel for one night. The receptionist is accommodating as we arrived at nearly 12 midnight and let us check out before noon. Our room was mid-sized, clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Our buffet breakfast was included and offered hot meals. Good Wi-Fi reception.

Loved the location of this hotel. The hotel itself was very old and the rooms are outdated and dirty. Bedsheets and towels are also very old. The room smells like mold and there is black mold growing in the bathroom. Bathroom looks like it is not cleaned properly. I would only recommend if you don’t care about cleanliness.

Nice location, friendly staff and clean room, overall it is value for money. The only drawback is that the soundproofing is not very good. I would come back again if I am visiting Taoyuan in the future.

The staff at Hedo were friendly and accommodating. I think that our room was a little stuffy but it had two double beds, which was perfect for our family. The location in the center of Taoyuan was a positive-- lots of nightlife, good eating, good shopping, and easily reached from the train station. There is a 6:30 am shuttle (turned out to be a large taxi) to the airport that worked well with our schedule and the staff packed a nice breakfast (egg, sandwich, tangerine and tea) for all of us. I would definitely recommend this as a reasonable place to stay at in Taoyuan, and before a flight from TPE.

After check in and entering the room, we were welcomed by a weird smell and not sure what is the cause of that smell, most likely every time we back to the room the smell was there and at the next day we turn off the humidifier to see whether the smell coming out from there. The room was very small with 3 single bed and we hardly to put our 29 inch luggages, no table and no chair, the the small window quite high and you only can open the window curtain If you step on the bed. The hanging lamp full of dust. I would say the breakfast just average. The location is very convenient to the train and bus station, many restaurant and mall nearby what make us feels a bit better.

Book a 3 single bed room but is bit small in space. After placing the luggages, no space to walk. Breakfast is OK, not much but just enough for selection.

The Staff at this hotel is really amazing and super friendly. But for a non smoking room it still stank like cigarettes and the hotel isn’t in the best condition.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, there are many shops around it. They have free shuttle to the airport and a breakfast box was ready for us the next morning because we left early to catch our flight. Very thoughtful. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

TERRIBLE THIN WALLS. YOU LITERALLY HEAR EVERY CONVERSATION. AS PER OTHER REVIEWERS HAVE MENTIONED, THIS IS A "LOVE" HOTEL. WE CHECKED IN FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY DUE TO A FLIGHT LAYOVER IN TAIPEI. THE WALLS WERE SO THIN THAT WE COULD HEAR ENTIRE CONVERSATIONS CLEARLY FROM OUR NEIGHBORS TO THE RIGHT AND TO OUR LEFT SIDE OF THE ROOM. NOT EVEN MUFFLED SOUNDS, BUT CLEAR SOUNDS AS IF THE PEOPLE WERE IN OUR ROOM. AT NIGHT WE HEARD THEM MOANING AND MAKING OUT. WE HAD TO BANG THE WALL SO THAT THEY WOULD SHUT UP, WHICH THEY DID. AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR OUR OTHER NEIGHBORS ROOM FROM THE OTHER SIDE ALSO STARTED TO MAKE OUT WITH THEIR NOISES CLEARLY AUDIBLE. WE BANGED THE WALL YET AGAIN! COULDN'T NOT SLEEP WELL. THE WAS ALSO A HUGE HUMMING NOISE COMING FROM SOMEWHERE THE BUILDING! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE HOTEL SERVICE WAS ATTENTIVE AND THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN. OUR ROOM HAD THE THREE TWIN BED AND WAS SO TINY AND WE COULDN'T EVEN OPEN UP OUR LARGE LUGGAGE IN THE ROOM HALLWAY WITHOUT TOUCHING THE WALL AND NOT BEING ABLE TO COMPLETELY OPEN THE LUGGAGE. IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE LONG TERM, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. IF IT'S ONLY ONE NIGHT MAYBE IF YOU HAVE EAR PLUGS. THE HOTEL IS NEAR A LOT OF SHOPPING AND CONVENIENT WITH THE TRAIN STATION ONLY WITHIN A 5 MINUTES WALK.

Worth hotel ever.
Please don't come here. First of all, they don't even have their own parking lot, you have to drive hella far to park your car and walk back to the hotel. If you are lucky you can get somewhere closer, if not, I'm sorry you have to walk. The hotel is on the 10th floor, and this whole building has a lot of (idk what you call this but) strippers. Hotel room looked nothing like the pictures they uploaded and it smelled super bad. It made me feel like this whole building was finished remodeling in 3 days.

It was a nice stay
The hotel is really nice with a lot of nice features. Staffs are very nice and provided a box of breakfast since our flight was really early in the morning. Location is fine, except it was in the middle of popular area, with a lot of people and buses around. Love their airport shuttle service.

Location, location and location. This hotel meets more than my expectation; its location is near Taoyuan train station within 3 minutes walking distance, surrounded by several department stores and their hospitality/service impressed us a lot(they packed us a to-go breakfast for our early morning flight, ...etc). I would definitely come back.

The breakfast was bountiful and very fresh. It is Taiwanese-style buffet, but one should try. The salad we think `was organic. Even the soy milk was fresh. Will stay here again.
