the rate i got on internet was at least 30 dollars cheaper, i don't know i got on the higher rate, but since i book only at last minute and didn't get much choice and afterall not a huge deal...but i am puzzled about the final hotel rate

A very central hotel, but in a very quiet street. Very clean & lovely helpful staff. Beds were really comfortable, the shower was excellent. We felt very safe & secure there. The staff all spoke some English & were so helpful. There is a convenience store around the corner & lots of small shops & coffee houses. It was very easy to get around the city, 101 tower is an absolute must, it’s an amazing building & also has a lot of large shops including designer brands. If we came to Taipei again, we would definitely stay here; so pleased with our choice, a lot of luxury for a good price. We left some belongings and the staff contacted us via Expedia and organised posting the items back to us. Excellent service in every way. Thank you to all your staff

The staff are extra helpful even by Taiwan standards. The standard room is a little small. The hotel is in a busy area near alot of bars so be prepared for late noise on weekends. However, the hotel is not near a busy street so you don't hear much from the loudest scooters.

A great value for money hotel
It’s a new hotel, everything are new, neat and tidy. Just that the hotel is located is a small alley which is slightly difficult to find. They hv hotel carpark which is perfect for us. No complain at all.

One of the greatest hotels I ever stayed in Taipei
This hotel looks new and the room is super clean. The location is perfect to walk around and go somewhere by MRT. I would stay at this hotel again. Strongly recommend.

由台北車站行10分鐘可以到酒店。大堂有咖啡＆餅乾供住客免費享用。可免費使用洗衣機＆乾衣機。 酒店附近很少食肆，但1分鐘步程有便利店。

타이베이 메인스테이션을 자주 이용해서 이동하는 여행일정에는 위치적으로 좋았어요. 도보 5~6분으로 이동가능했거든요. 무료조식 제공이나 어메니티, 직원의 친절함은 모두 좋았습니다. 호텔비용이 저렴한 편은 아니었지만 투숙하는 기간동안 불편함은 없었습니다. 다만 화장실에서 옷이 덜 말랐을 때 나는 냄새가 나고, 4월3일 아침에 발생한 지진 상황에 대한 안내가 호텔에서 없어 외국 투숙객으로서 무척 당황스러웠던 것은 불편한 점이었습니다.

新しいホテルでインテリアがおしゃれ。4連泊したが、朝食ブッフェのメニューが毎日変わるので楽しめた。ロビーフロアで無料コーヒーやスナック菓子が24時間用意されていたり、洗濯機や脱水機、洗剤が無料で利用できたりするのが良かった。立地もMRTの3路線の駅の徒歩圏内のため、とても便利だった。

二度と泊まらない
宿泊した格安な部屋は、エレベーターの横の空きスペースがもったいないので作った感じ。コンパクトですが一人旅には充分、ただ、シャワースペースがトイレの横なので、カーテンはあるけれど気をつけないとトイレが水浸しになるかもしれません。 ホテルは大きな通りに面していないので静かな環境ですが、いくつもの駅が徒歩で利用でき便利です。 日本語が通じない（一言も聞かなかった）のはいいとして、フロントのスタッフは、こちらから挨拶しない限り一言も発せず目も合わさない。特に中年の女性はずーっと下を向いていてこちらを見ようともしなくてすごく感じが悪い。忙しいのかと思ったらスタッフ同士でおしゃべりしている。台北のホテルで、いえ、いろんな国のホテルの中でも最低の対応。 台北が大好きで、コロナの前は年間に５、６回は訪台していましたが、こんなホテルは初めてです。これまで他のKホテルには良い印象を持っていたので本当に残念です。Kホテルの責任者はご存知なのでしょうか。 ガラス張りのドアで、フロントデスクの真正面から人が入ってくるのが見えるはずなのに、「ニーハオ」と声をかけるどころか、入ってくる人の顔も見ない。台湾に行くたびに、台湾の優しい人々と触れ合うことでいつも温かい気持ちにさせてもらっていたのに、このホテルのフロントの冷たい対応にはショックを受けました。 掃除もイマイチ。シャワースペースの壁には髪の毛がついたままでした。これは許容範囲として、水を飲むのに使ったマグカップをそのまま戻していたのには驚きました。マグカップの中に水が残ったままでした。普通はありえない。自分が使ったものなので別にいいですが、そういうスタンスなんですかね。 口コミの良さが本当に不思議です。 VIPアクセス提携施設の説明は一切ありませんでした。やってないなら書かないでほしいです。

地點不錯，小點心有誠意
Check-in 時飯店有給予升級，然後有小禮物。房間內也有小點心可以吃。內部空間算是寬敞，衛浴設備內有浴缸跟免治馬桶。空調可能為了靜音的關係，出風口的風量有點小，導致房內溫度下降需要點時間。整體的隔音沒有做到最好，拉上窗簾，還是可以聽到外面車輛經過的聲音，門外的房客聲音，還是時有耳聞..
