excellent location, clean and well-maintained hostel! however, it lacked clothes hanging fixtures which came as a shock to me. professional and friendly staff! I would stay again if I were to visit Taipei again, 10/10 for me :)

Convenient location. But, it wasn't convenient to check in. Staff member said they can't see my name despite providing the confirmation number from Expedia. He asked me to show the email again and again. Not sure what caused this. I don't remember having the same issue before. Because, if there is a confirmation number then there is a name attached with it, which is the name on my passport.

Excellent location and staff and property condition in general are both good. However, the bed I had was basically a foam topper with ill fitting sheets. I’ve never been so sore in the morning.

This place is awesome and convenient. Just right above the MRT station. It's a little small but just nice for 1 person stay. Will definitely come back again

Right next to MRT Taipei main station exit M8. I was a solo traveller and got a private room for myself. Toilet wasn't that clean, but good enough for what it costs. The bed was soft and comfortable. Room isn't sound proof, but they provide earplugs in the room. I liked it very much and will sure return to thid hotel when travelling alone!

Reasonable place, right next to Taipei Station
I wanted a place cheap and easy to find near Taipei Station, and this was a perfect choice! It is on the 10th floor of a building, so be sure to know where it is before coming, or you may get lost! It was a great place to stay for a night, considering the price. The Wifi needs improvement, though.

The room is too warm. I am perspired inside the room. Location is good, just next to train station exit M8. The shower head and hair dryer should change as some of it is not functioning well. Staff allowed to store luggage before checking in.

nice location but discomfort on check in is 3pm
super close from the main station exit number 8. just 20 meters from exit. close to all type of markets and stores and good service..agains I can say is in the 10th floor of the building, the other 9 floors are restaurant and another business but besides an old scary elevators that one broke with people inside, everything is fine, bathrooms are outsides and no, there are not two twin beds this is a bed above the other one but me and my girlfriend fit in the bed underneath but we are skinny. something very bad was the check in 3 pm and check out 11 am

This place was worse than Inn Cube Ximen(Inn Cube Ximen also terrible place - they are same name, concept, interior degign - Franchise Hotel branch)... This place also Mattress was just thin sponge style... it's very uncomfortable... and there were lots of Ants in my room... They gave me the 11th floor room on the top of the building... If they give you 11th floor room... just ask them 10th floor room... Between 10th floor and 11th floor... there were no Elevator... 11th floor has only One Toilet and only One Shower place... 10th floor has only Two Toilets and only Two Shower places for more than 40~50 peoples... I complained about Ants in my room... One nice Staff gave me 10th floor Two peoples room for one night stay..... Next day.. I finally decided to leave this Hotel... Actually, I had three days reservation for that Hotel... However, I gave up two days of my reservations... I just move to another Hotel... Do not stay this Hotel... It's terrible experience for me.

Excellent and Strategic location. It’s locate on 10th floor of the 1st building you found when you come up from M8 of Taipei Main Station , You will find it easily. The staffs are available 24 hours but if you need somethings such cleaning the room , changing the towels, you have to tell them. There are 2 levels of this hotel. The 11th floor you have to access by keycard. The 11th floor contains living room , toilet, bathroom and also the laundry.

Excellent location, exactly at the M8 exit of taipei main station (less than 10 step walk) and this exit has escalators both up and down so very convenient. Room is small but clean. Shower and toilet maybe not enough.

The matress is finish and a lot of moisture on it , i try to change it ,and the staff is not very comperative ! When you sleep you listen the sound/vibration of the motor on the roof top , next ,the toilet is same , a lot of moisture on the wall , the showerhead is finish the water flows from everywhere , some part moving and drop on the floor !!! So is the worst place ever !
