Regarding your doubts, please allow us to explain: first of all, the options for the type of view is default on the booking websites. The Hotel can only choose the one that is the most relevant. Second of all, people might have different meanings for the word "city view." The Hotel is indeed located in a city and it makes sense that you look out from the window, you will get the city view. We are sorry that our rooms did not meet your expectation and we would appreciate more communication before you were planning on booking so that this misunderstanding wouldn't happen.
