Meh. Not really a hotel. Hopefully you will pay less than 1700 TWD, otherwise you will feel ripped off. I paid a lot more because Taichung was very busy on a Saturday, so I had to laugh. It's in a commercial building with no reception. You have to call to meet the manager. The room is tiny with no personality. 11 AM check out (or pay more) is unreasonable. But the room was clean and quiet and the bed was pretty comfortable.

Even though it is not that convinent dur to the public transport of Taichung , the room is great, the mattress is prefect and the Tv is huge. And good to have a wash/dry combi machine. Best room ever at such a low price

It took a bit of time to find at first, but once you get used to the location, it actually in a pretty good location, which is far away from the main road won’t have too much noises, close enough to any bus stop if you want to go far. There is enough space for you to move around even if you get the small room, also have a washing machine and refrigerator is more than I can ask for seeing how much you have to pay for a room. The most important is you have to call or message them ahead, otherwise you will be locked outside the door, which have to swipe keycard to open.

New, clean, great location in Xitun, excellent amenities such as fridge, big TV with great reception and channel selections, and in-room washer/dryer. Negatives are poor sound insulation, limited housekeeping which is fine with me, and basically no reception desk which is only a bit inconvenient on check-in.

很棒的住宿體驗
一次很不錯的住宿體驗，如果你的預算有限，這間會是CP值很高的選擇。房間內乾淨、明亮，床單整潔且屋內沒有煙味，還有附設一台洗衣機非常方便使用，唯缺點是難找停車位、隔音效果不是很好，清晨時隔壁開關門、在走廊走動的聲音聽得很清楚。

A self- sufficient newly renovated hostel.
The room is very small but got everything, even a very modern automatic washing machine and washing powder.

無冰箱、對外窗、電熱水器
因為有儲存母乳的需求， 訂房時看到有冰箱而選擇這間住宿， 但抵達時詢問冰箱在做調整，只有一樓的小型共用冰箱， 共用冰箱溫度不夠低但尚可接受， 沒有做管理，裡面有疑似發霉的草莓手搖， 隔天整袋母乳有一股臭酸的味道⋯⋯ 窗戶，的確是有， 但拉開窗簾卻是面對隔壁的儲藏室-.- 房間很小，下床走道兩人需擦肩通過。 有洗、烘衣機算特別。

適合簡單旅遊的舒適民宿
很幸運剛好有停到民宿旁邊附設的兩個車位之一。晚上安靜，偶爾聽到隔壁房開門聲而已。房間小，走道僅容兩人錯身而過，但該有的都有。進門後一段時間內一直打噴嚏過敏，應該是灰塵或塵蟎較多。浴室沒有乾濕分離，拖鞋容易濺濕，但地板又沒有乾淨到可以光著腳，有點麻煩，幸好開著抽風，地板乾得算快。以這樣價位來說，整體算滿意。

房間小，位置方便
酒店位處市政府捷運站附近，很方便。不過，酒店沒招牌，在谷歌地圖也找不到，要靠地址才找到。要注意啊。入住還算方便快捷。 房間偏小，如果帶兩個行李箱的話，就放不下了。 洗澡要小心，水很容易濺到浴室外面。而且沒有乾濕分離，整個浴室、馬桶都會濕透。 房間有空調，但溫度調不了，長期很冰冷，尤幸窗戶可以打開，讓台中悶熱的室外氣溫飄進來，調和過冷的室溫。 房間內所有提供的杯子都不乾淨，包括漱口盂，我們只能用在便利店喝完的飲料瓶充當漱口盂。 房內有電視，有機上盒，但頻道上鎖了，沒看啦。

房間粉塵不少，隔音也不太可以，睡覺都能聽到隔壁洗澡聲音關門聲音，棉被枕頭多有毛絮， 房裡備有洗脫烘洗衣機還算方便，地理位置不錯，走幾步就到市政府捷運，交通便利，建議短租長租入住前準備好飲食，附近是食物沙漠，最近的便利商店需步行10分鐘左右

大致舒適，地段好，ＣＰ值算不錯
小小一間但設備齊全，連洗衣機都有，很像去日本的感覺。唯一有待加強的是床底下滿滿的棉絮跟灰塵（是高腳床，彎腰就可以看得很清楚，也不會難打掃，就是要記得掃床下........）不然對過敏或呼吸道敏感的人來說其實會很不舒服，太大動作棉絮都會飄出來。
