Self (Automated) check in at the hotel which only works if you booked only 1 room. If you have booked more than 1 room, then their system is unable to find the bookings. Fortunately, there is someone at the lobby to assist. Like the automatic electrical bidet toilet seat.

Mins away from a major night market. Parking is extremely convenient with a spacious basement carpark. Hotel appears new. Slight niggle with the automation at check-in but otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Parking was convenient and check-in was smooth, hotel is clean but the walls are so thin, we could hear the very noisy cleaning outside of the room. Check-in staff was friendly but the rest of the staff not.

A so-so stay
It is a very nicely decorated hotel (to be specific, the restaurants) that provides budget service, which makes it a disappointment. The double room we stayed at is very small inside. The space between the edge of the bed and the wall is so tight that I can't even get off the bed from that side. The room has a huge but useless balcony, because Taichung is windy most of the time. The worst thing is the breakfast. The hotel serves the cheapest kind of food, and all of the hot food is tasteless. The staffs are very very cold. They even sound robotic on the phone. The only time I enjoyed the hotel is when I had coffee in the 1F cafe, where the waitress is courteous.

The hotel was clean and new. The staff was helpful but only 1 staff assisting self check in. The hotel cannot cater for big group, 22 seater bus has big problem to park in their premises. The hotel give crap reason to disallowed the bus to park there for loading luggage. We have to walk 2 street away to our bus. There are no concierge to help with our luggage. This hotel is good for tourist with small luggage and self drive small car. Car park is small too. Not reccomend for big group

It's a new hotel and the room is clean. It offered free parking and close proximity to Feng Jia Night Market. Had issues with the self check-in using passport bio-metrics scan because the hotel filed my passport name information incorrectly. The standard family room was small. The width of the room left very little walking space between the beds and the wall. Was disappointed with breakfast because it was not buffet spread but set meals instead.

In regards to the reservation discrepancy, as it turns out, this was due to the passport name not matching the booking information exactly. We will do our best to capture these documentation details better in the future. On the note of breakfast - your valuable opinion and excellent suggestions have been taken under great consideration. We resolve to improve these food service methods. As a Hotel who embraces “Sustainabilty” in our best practices, this also includes how we handle our food waste, thus the choice to serve breakfast sets instead of buffet style. With the new decade come new season of solutions. At KLOUD we pride ourselves for using the freshest ingredients with the freshest concepts. The only dissatisfaction we experienced was no one ever told us that we could have breakfast at the restaurant. We ended up having breakfast at the cafe, which was not bad but definitely not great.

Nice breakfast , nice service with good working attitude from the receptionist . but the room size is really small and only can fit 4 person without enough walking area . also the hotel was fully booked during the CNY period and was told that no extra quilt can be borrowed when i asked about it which was really not good and have to share same quilt per bad which affected a lot for the sleeping quality . normally hotel should preserve enough quilt to be borrowed from guest ...

家庭雙床房，房間太小，小到連行李都只能堆地上，打開行李就無法通行。房內只有一張椅子，有人坐椅子上，窄窄的走道就被堵住了，除了2張雙人床外也沒有其他座椅和茶几了。床也小，長度很短，身高一米七的人躺上去，腳就會超出床外。隔音不佳，浴室太小，浴室內置物架太高，個子矮的人拿不到浴巾也放不上去衣物。宣稱有酒吧，但卻無營業。大廳也很小，僅提供一張3人座椅，登記入住退房等待時都沒得坐下。也沒有商務中心。旅客自助的部分其實不貼心。 因沒訂早餐，所以無法評論餐點。 優點是：佈置美觀、設備新穎，清潔，停車位很多，離逢甲夜市不遠。

因為要看五月天演唱會才選擇去入住，房間很乾凈寬敞，浴室有兩個馬桶和兩個洗手台，很方便，房間沙發也很大,以後如果有機會會再入住
