"The hotel was clean, spacious, and comfortable; however, the best attribute of the Holiday Inn in Tacoma WA was the friendliness of its employees. From desk clerk Jasmine, who made sure we understood all the perks we were eligible for to restaurant waiters Kathi and Lori, who treated us as if we were family members (they even spent several minutes finding the TV program we wanted to watch!), we were overwhelmed by the hospitality of this friendly, outstanding hotel! Highly recommended!"
