Great place to stay but not great value for money or 4-star. I booked a king but got (very narrow) twin beds, TV channel options are limited, and no snack items to go with tea/coffee. This would be a very solid 3-star option at a lower price, and I would definitely stay again if rating and price reflected the offering.

Convenient location with nearby shopping mall and dining options. The drawback was the numerous small flies in the room and corridor. Hope the hotel management can do better to keep the room bug-free

Location is good with shopping mall two blocks away. Staff were friendly and helpful. The problem was small flies in the room and toilet. Seems like an infestation issue, the hotel cleaning staff used insect spray after I highlighted the issue. Unfortunately, the approach did not help as I continued to see the flies in the room through out my stay

The hotel is in a great location, close to Central and the CBD. The accessible room is large and well appointed. The accessible bathroom is OK - the shower pressure is quite weak but the temperature is good. It's our go-to hotel when staying in Sydney.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in with friendly and helpful staff and very clean and comfortable rooms and beds! There were many great options for meals in the area.

Great hotel, super comfy beds and lovely staff. The only complaint was the water pressure in the shower… more like massive raindrops falling on my head than a lovely shower.

For the price I paid it was great value for money compared to many other lesser hotels. Good in every way except when you have a fridge cutlery and plates should be available in the rooms. I would definitely stay here again at a similar price. Excellent!

The staff here have the highest of customer service. Every request is greeted with a thoughtful response and they go out of their way to ensure a fantastic stay. Every night the room is perfect. The sheet amazing. The mattress heavenly. The breakfast amazing. No look but totally peaceful.

Absolutely amazing place for a family! Buffet breakfast, convenient location, room was spacious with a sofa bed option, clean, housekeeping daily, and family-friendly. Will be staying here every time I come to Sydney! Only a 10-min walk to the train / tram station. LOVE IT.

Best part of the hotel is service provided by Staff. We were able to get an early check in as room was available, girl at reception "Bintang"- handled the check in process very well, and the Staff at Buffett Breakfast courteous and were a credit to the hotel. Room was clean, good shower, a good gym and lounge chair added to the comfort of the room. A coffee machine in room would have been great. Still a good 15-20mins walk to Central Station, excellent transport hub to get to places of interest. Breakfast was only average with limited choices. Close to Spice Alley if you like hawker style Asian food. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a quiet room

Lovely clean and comfortable room. On the smaller side but not a huge issue for us for 3 nights. Excellent housekeeping. Professional and pleasant reception staff. Easy parking. Gym was great. Good views from room. In a really good location especially for the price, we could walk to circular quay in 30 mins or so. Would stay again for sure!
